Hey Travelers! Today, I’ll be taking you on a day in my life! On this day in particular, I take out along on my fitness journey at home and by the beach.
The day kicks off with a beautiful ride at the beach. I hop on my bike for a ride along the iconic boardwalks of Ipanema and Copacabana beaches. It’s a beautiful morning. Even though it’s morning, it’s starting to heat up. Fortunately, there are fresh ocean breezes. Biking for me is a great workout because its soft on my knees and it gives me the chance to clear my head and take in the surroundings.
After my bike ride, I take a quick break to rehydrate and recharge.
I love a good YouTube dance workout. It’s an easy way to stay in shape. It doesn’t feel like working out. It feels more like a dance party. My dance workout is a high-energy routine that keeps me engaged and excited. A few times during the workout, I am out of breath. I’m thrilled to share that I’ve made significant progress on my fitness journey. After a long hiatus from regular exercise, I’ve managed to stay consistent for a whole week now. Although it is only a week, it’s important to celebrate even the small victories.
