National Security Language Initiative For Youth (NSLI-Y)

In this fully-funded program, participants learn a critical language and live with a host family, which allows them to uniquely experience the local culture.

Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange And Study (YES) Abroad
Full scholarships are given to high school students who would like to live and study in Africa, Asia, the Balkans, or the Middle East. There are no flex programs in ireland but as my Mother was born in czech republic and my fathers in Poland I was wondering if there would be any chance I could still do it as money is really tight at the moment and I really would like to study in the usa as its always been a dream of mine. I have been searching for programs for the past 4 years but everything is just too expensive and we can’t afford it .
